Fort Bend County, TX — July 17, 2024, Zubeda Motawala was killed in a pedestrian versus car accident shortly before 5:15 p.m. along Stadium Drive.
According to authorities, 67-year-old Zubeda Motawala was on foot crossing the center of the intersection of Stadium Drive and Grace Point Drive when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, Motawala was struck by a southbound Honda CR-V that had been traveling on Stadium Drive. Motawala suffered reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the collision. The weather and road conditions in the area at the time were reported to have been cloudy and dry. Additional information pertaining to this incident are not available at this point. The investigation is currently ongoing.
