According to official reports, emergency services were dispatched into the area of West Lake Avenue and Pfingsten Road where they found a vehicle on fire with occupants inside.
When the flames were extinguished first responders found that all three occupants, Wesley Beitler, Bryce Reinhard, and Khaliunaa Mungunkhuu were deceased.
