Burnet County, TX — May 30, 2025, a Volente woman and one other were injured following a car accident at around 2:40 p.m. along US Highway 281.
According to preliminary details about the crash, it happened south of Marble Falls approaching the US 281 and Highway 71 intersection.
Investigators said that a 26-year-old Volente woman was in a Mitsubishi going northbound on the highway. The Mitsubishi and a Chevy Silverado traveling the same direction crossed paths and collided. Due to this, the Volente woman was reportedly seriously injured. The Chevy driver had reportedly minor injuries.
