Salt Lake County, UT — June 19, 2023, Vincent Hakizuwera was killed in a rollover single-vehicle truck accident around 9:30 p.m. on I-80 in Parleys Canyon in Salt Lake County.
Sources report the driver’s semi-truck was westbound near the Lamb’s Canyon ramp when the truck somehow veered toward the driver’s side, struck the concrete median, overturned, and slid back into the westbound lanes.
Mr. Hakizuwera suffered fatal injuries.
Reports indicate authorities have not determined the cause of the crash.
