Brooklyn, NY — March 9, 2023, two people were injured in a collision between a taxi and a boom truck on New York Ave. in Brooklyn.

According to officials, a boom truck fell onto a moving taxi van crushing its roof and windshield. The taxi driver reportedly suffered a few scratches and did not go to a hospital. Two of the passengers were purportedly transported by EMS to a hospital with minor injuries.

Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
