Brevard County, FL — January 4, 2022, two people were injured in a multi-vehicle truck accident around 10:06 a.m. on I-95 in Brevard County.
According to authorities, a sedan and a septic truck were heading north on I-95 and had just driven under the Port Saint John Pkwy. overpass when the sedan allegedly rear-ended the septic truck.
The impact purportedly forced the semi-truck to veer off the roadway toward its driver’s side. The semi-truck reportedly drove through a guardrail and overturned.
Debris from the crash allegedly fell into the southbound lanes of the highway and caused a second passenger vehicle to crash.
The track driver and a passenger in the truck were reportedly taken to a hospital with serious injuries. No other injuries were reported.
Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
