Grand Chute, WI — July 18, 2023, one person was killed and two were injured after a dump truck accident at 4:24 p.m. along North Lynndale Drive.
According to initial details released by police officials, the incident happened at the intersection of North Lynndale Drive and West Broadway Drive.
Investigators say that a dump truck was going southbound along Lynndale Drive at the time. For reasons which are not clear at this time, the truck crashed with a passenger van at the intersection. The dump truck then overturned.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the van sustained fatal injuries. The driver of the truck and one other person in the van were taken to area hospitals. Their injuries were said to be non-life-threatening. No other injuries were reported. At this time, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
