Lee County, FL — August 16, 2023, three people were injured as the result of a truck accident at around 6:10 a.m. along Palm Beach Boulevard.
Preliminary details about the accident released by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office say that the crash happened at the intersection of the Interstate 75 service road and Palm Beach Boulevard.
According to officials, traffic was waiting at the light along Palm Beach and I-75. While the vehicles waited, details suggest that a dump truck slammed into at least three cars that were at the light. This resulted in three people being taken to area hospitals, reports say.
