Houston, TX — August 24, 2023, one person was killed and three others were injured in a truck accident around 1:15 a.m. on I-45, south of Loop 610, in Houston.
According to officials, a 34-year-old woman was heading north in a Toyota Camry on North Freeway when her vehicle somehow collided with an F-350 Super Duty truck. The collision allegedly caused the Camry driver to lose control, and the vehicle purportedly crashed with a median.
Authorities say the Camry driver sustained fatal injuries. The F-350 driver and a passenger inside the truck were purportedly taken to a medical center with minor injuries. Three passengers that had reportedly been in the bed of the truck were uninjured.
Investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
