One of my concerns with atypical vehicles like a UTV is that authorities don’t often investigate them. They’re more equipped to handle typical car accidents, and even then, I’ve seen far too many situations where they rushed the investigations or made other mistakes due to a lack of time, training, or equipment. The fact this is a less common vehicle only makes it more likely their supervisors want the officers moving on to priorities they feel are higher. Is this crash really getting enough attention, or would getting the facts require more thorough independent investigations?
