Vidor, TX — June 14, 2023, Tracy Tipton was injured as the result of a commercial truck accident at around 5:45 a.m. on Main Street.
According to initial details about the crash, it happened in the area of the F.M. 105/Main Street and Mansfield Ferry Road intersection.
Authorities reported that 55-year-old Tracy Tipton was in a Dodge Ram pickup that was traveling northbound along Main Street. Ahead, a semi-truck was attempting to make a left turn. Police say that the Dodge was passing on the left at the same time, and the two vehicles collided.
As a result of the collision, Tipton sustained injuries believed to be incapacitating. No one else was said to have injuries. At this time, additional details surrounding the collision are unavailable. Authorities have yet to release further information pending investigations.
