Parker County, TX — October 30, 2024, Tracy Sanford was killed in a pedestrian versus truck accident at approximately 5:45 a.m. along the I.H. 20 service road.
According to authorities, 64-year-old Tracy Sanford was in the outside lane of the eastbound service road for Interstate Highway 20 in the vicinity east of Alford Drive when the accident took place.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Weather and road conditions in the area at the time are reported to have been cloudy and dry. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, Sanford was struck by an eastbound International truck; he suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision, according to reports.
