Lisbon, IA — May 12, 2023, Todd Evans was killed in a collision with a tractor-trailer around 1:30 p.m. on 115th Street in Lisbon.
Authorities report Mr. Evans was in a Mack semi-truck crossing a train track when his truck was struck. The two occupants of the train were reportedly uninjured, however, Todd Evans was fatally injured.
There are currently no reports as to whether the tracks had working crossing arms or lights.
