According to officials, a 16-year-old girl was in a Honda Civic going eastbound on Summer Creek Trace. She was at the Sam Houston Pkwy. stop sign at the time when it appears an approaching Chevy Silverado failed to control speed and crashed into the back of the Honda. The Chevy driver then allegedly failed to stop and render aid, but details suggest Harris County officials charged that driver.
