Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
I’m always concerned seeing crashes involving teenage drivers. Too often, authorities just jump to conclusions without really considering all the facts. Sometimes, officials can be more thorough, focusing on the investigations and letting the evidence speak for itself. A lot of the time, though, that only comes through independent accident reconstructions. It remains to be seen how this accident has been handled and whether the victim is getting fair treatment from the authorities.
