Brazos County, TX — July 19, 2023, a teenager sustained injuries as the result of a single-vehicle accident that happened at 7:33 p.m. along South Texas Avenue.
According to preliminary information about the crash released by authorities, the incident happened in the area of the South Texas Avenue and North Rosemary Drive intersection.

Investigations say that an 18-year-old man was in a Ford Crown Vic reportedly driven by a 21-year-old man from College Station. The Ford was reportedly traveling westbound along Rosemary at the time. Crossing onto Texas Avenue, the vehicle somehow went off the opposite side of the T-intersection where it crashed into a concrete sign and a light fixture.
As a result of the accident, the 18-year-old passenger had injuries described as incapacitating. The driver did not have any reported injuries. There may have been charges filed following the crash, however this can’t be confirmed without further investigations.
