There are very unusual circumstances reportedly surrounding what happened here, but one that stands out to me is the allegation a teen was driving while intoxicated. The reason for that is because that detail can sometimes be more challenging to investigate than people may expect. That’s because when a teen was intoxicated due to alcohol, investigations need to find out where that alcohol came from. Sometimes, it’s a local alcohol provider that knowingly served a teenager or is so lazy and negligent that they didn’t bother ensuring they weren’t unlawfully selling alcohol to someone. Those kinds of establishments typically continue breaking the law until they’re finally held accountable, so an accident like this needs to have investigations that go beyond the crash scene itself. Have authorities looked into these possibilities yet?
