According to authorities, two people ages 46 and 24 were traveling in a southbound Toyota Tundra on S.H. 95 in the vicinity south of the Roemer Road intersection when the accident took place.

And has all relevant electronic data been collected?

Was the roadway poorly lit, slick, or uneven? Did weather conditions, such as rain or fog, affect visibility or traction? Did external factors—like a stray animal or debris on the road—cause the driver to swerve? Investigators must carefully document the scene to ensure that no detail, however small, is overlooked.
Could a vehicle defect or maintenance issue have played a role? Modern vehicles like the Toyota Tundra are equipped with advanced safety systems, but mechanical failures or defects can still occur. Were the brakes and steering systems in proper working order? Were the tires in good condition and properly inflated?
