Logan County, ND — June 1, 2023, Scott Muller was injured in a single-vehicle truck accident around 10 a.m. on State Highway 13 in Logan County.

According to officials, the victim’s Ford concrete truck was driving east on Hwy. 13, about four miles east of Lehr, when his left steering tire popped. This reportedly caused him to lose control of the ruck, drive off the road, enter a ditch on the north side of the road, and overturn.

Mr. Muller was purportedly taken to Wishek Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
