Washington County, TX — July 15, 2024, Sara Carter was injured following a hit-and-run rollover car accident just before 9:00 p.m. along F.M. 2935.
According to authorities, 19-year-old Sarah Carter was traveling in an eastbound Jeep Renegade on East Blue Bell at the F.M. 2935/Gayhill Street intersection when the accident took place.

The pickup truck allegedly fled the scene.
Carter suffered reportedly serious injuries as a result of the wreck; she was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
