Houston, TX — June 15, 2023, Samantha Hernandez was injured in a collision with a semi-truck around 1:23 a.m. on Northwest Highway Houston.
According to officials, the victim’s Hyundai Kona and a Freightliner semi-truck collided in a head-on crash on a feeder ramp near the 9400 block of Northwest Highway Houston in the interchange with 610 North. The Kona was reportedly then forced into a concrete barrier and off the ramp.
Ms. Hernandez was purportedly transported to a medical center with serious injuries.
Investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
