Randall County, TX — July 28, 2025, One person was killed following a concrete truck accident that occurred at around 9:15 A.M. on US 60.
According to reports, a concrete truck operated by Ruben Solis was traveling westbound on US 60 at Hope Road,when it lost control for unknown reasons and overturned, pinning Solis in the process.
First responders arrived and found that one of his legs required amputation in order to free him, so a surgeon was flown to the scene to assist. After amputation, Solis was transported via helicopter where he later succumbed to his injuries. No further updates on the investigation have been released.
