San Antonio, TX — July 13, 2024, Rosemarie San Roman was injured following a car accident at approximately 5:00 p.m. along Broadway Street.
According to authorities, 36-year-old Rosemarie San Roman was traveling in a northbound Hyundai Elantra on Broadway Street in the vicinity south of Brackenbridge Street when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a westbound GMC Sierra pickup truck exiting a private drive attempted to enter the roadway at an apparently unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to roadway traffic. This resulted in a T-bone collision between the front-end of the pickup truck and the right side of the Elantra.
San Roman suffered reportedly serious injuries as a result of the wreck; she was transported to a medical facility where she could receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
