Ector County, TX — October 9, 2024, Robert Montes was killed followed a motorcycle accident that occurred at around 3:03 P.M. on N. Moss Avenue.
An investigation is underway into a car accident that left one person dead during the afternoon hours of October 9th. According to official reports, Robert Montes was travelling on a motorcycle on N. Moss Ave in the southbound lanes, when a Land Rover pulled out in front of him to make a turn, causing a collision.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that Montes had sustained serious injuries and he was declared deceased at the scene. At this time there has been no further information released from the accident, including whether any charges or citations will be filed.
