Grayson County, TX — March 5, 2022, Rebecca Galvan Williams was killed as the result of a pedestrian accident at around 2:52 a.m. along U.S. Highway 75.
According to investigations from officials, the incident happened in the southbound lanes of the Henry Hynds Expressway near Van Alstyne Parkway (F.M. 121).

Authorities said in their statements that 45-year-old Rebecca Galvan Williams was on foot at the time. It is unclear from reports whether Williams was crossing the road or walking along the lane, but a southbound vehicle soon struck her.
