Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

While I understand being hit by a vehicle that is running a red light may cause some injuries, the speed limit for Wood St. is only 30 mph. It seems Mr. Kiser should have been able to get up and walk away from this crash, like Ms. Kiser, not suffer incapacitating injuries. It makes me wonder, did the Kiser’s Durango perform as designed in this accident?
