Houston, TX — March 11, 2024, a man was killed in a pedestrian versus car accident at approximately 2:40 a.m. along S.H. 6, Addicks-Howell Road.
According to authorities, a 22-year-old man was on foot attempting to cross the highway in the vicinity south of Briar Forest Drive when the accident took place.
The causal factors that led to the accident are still unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the man was struck by a northbound Toyota Highlander.
