According to these reports, an eastbound Toyota Camry on Ben White Boulevard at the Woodward Street bridge struck a pedestrian who—for reasons yet to be confirmed—had been lying in the active lanes of the roadway. Officials indicate that the man may have been hit by other vehicles, as well. The pedestrian was declared deceased at the scene. No additional details are currently available. Austin, TX — September 13, 2024, at least one person was killed following a car accident at approximately 9:00 p.m. along East Ben White Boulevard.
According to authorities, the accident took place in the eastbound lanes of Ben White Boulevard, S.H. 71, in the vicinity east of I.H. 35.
