Hidalgo County, TX — May 22, 2023, Patty Galvan and one other person were injured in a car accident around 2:39 a.m. on Tower Rd. in Hidalgo County.
Sources report the victims had just completed a left-hand turn from F.M. 1925 and were going north on Tower Rd. in a Honda CR-V when their car allegedly failed to navigate the bends in the road.
The CR-V purportedly left the road and collided with a wooden fence, a pallet of build supplies, a second fence, and an unoccupied Chevy Express. The impact with the parked Express reportedly resulted in a second unoccupied vehicle also suffering damage.
Ms. Galvan purportedly suffered serious injuries while the CR-V driver reportedly suffered minor injuries. They were both taken to a medical center.
Investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
