San Antonio, TX — March 15, 2025, Patrik Szigetvari was injured due to a motorcycle accident which occurred around 1:42 p.m. along I-10.
Officials said in preliminary statements that the crash took place in the area of the I-10 service road and Woodstone Drive, north of Huebner.
According to investigations, 23-year-old Patrik Szigetvari was on a Kawasaki motorcycle going northbound on the service road. A Toyota Highlander was also going northbound. Somehow, the vehicles crossed paths and collided.
Due to the accident, Patrik Szigetvari reportedly sustained serious injuries. No other injuries were confirmed. At this time, additional details are unavailable.

One of my main concerns following any motorcycle wreck is whether or not it’s getting the attention it deserves. A lot of folks are quick to immediately blame riders without actually considering the evidence.
Even authorities can sometimes jump to conclusions. I’ve had cases where we had to have independent investigators look into things and correct mistakes that officers made because they just assumed the motorcyclist must have been doing something wrong.
Obviously, it’s possible for motorcyclists to make mistakes. My point is that it’s important to consider all sides of the story and let the evidence speak for itself.
