Houston, TX — March 16, 2024, Patrick Turnipseed and one other person were injured in a car accident at approximately 9:20 p.m. along Cullen Boulevard.
According to authorities, 58-year-old Patrick Turnipseed was traveling in a northbound Chevy pickup truck on Cullen Boulevard approaching the South Acres Drive intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, a southbound Nissan Rogue occupied by a 42-year-old woman on Cullen Boulevard attempted a left turn onto Acres Drive at an unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to northbound traffic. This resulted in a collision between the pickup truck and the Nissan.
Both of the victims involved in the accident incurred suspected severe injuries as a result. They were each transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment.
