Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman
With single-vehicle wrecks, that’s nothing out of the ordinary. Authorities rarely give much information to the public after a single-vehicle crash. The concern, though, is if they continued investigations behind the scenes.
It would surprise folks how often victims and families called us about a single-vehicle crash because authorities simply never finished their investigations or outright blamed the driver for something they couldn’t avoid. Regardless of what led to this crash, my hope is authorities were thorough and let the evidence speak for itself.
