Dallas, TX — October 8, 2023, a person was killed in a pedestrian-auto crash on Interstate 30 near Jim Miller Road in Pleasant Grove, Dallas, TX.

Authorities indicate that on October 8, a fatal accident occurred when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Dallas County. According to reports, the crash happened shortly before 2:00 a.m. Investigators say the pedestrian attempted to cross the eastbound lanes and was hit in the right lane on Interstate 30. Police have not released the cause of the accident.

Officials confirmed the pedestrian suffered fatal injuries. The person’s name has not been released. Authorities are still investigating the events that led to the crash.
