Waseca County, MN — June 21, 2023, a person was killed and one was injured in a truck accident on southbound Highway 13 in Waseca County, MN.
Authorities indicate that on June 21, a collision occurred between a southbound Dodge Ram and a northbound semi-truck before noon on I-13. According to reports, the accident, for unknown reasons, happened on the 1-13 shoulder.
The Dodge Ram driver reportedly sustained severe injuries and died in the collision. A preliminary investigation suggests the Dodge Ram driver may not have worn a seatbelt. The semi-truck sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
