Authorities indicate that on June 23, a collision occurred between a Honda and a semi-truck on the Florida Turnpike. According to reports, both vehicles were traveling north when the Honda suddenly crashed into the semi while attempting a lane change.
Investigators have not yet determined what led to the crash but report that the Honda driver, whose name has not been released, sustained severe injuries in the accident and did not survive.
No other injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
