Authorities indicate that on July 18, several accidents occurred after a semi-truck leaked liquid along Interstate 95. Authorities say the leakage caused many accidents along the road as the roads were slick for drivers. According to reports, as many as ten vehicles crashed because of the slippery road conditions. Sources say the wrecks started around 11:00 at night.
