Authorities indicate that on July 24, an accident occurred when, for unknown reasons, a westbound dump truck crashed into the rear of another dump truck as it attempted to slow down at a stop sign at Indiana State Road 13. According to reports, the accident happened shortly before 9:00 in the morning.
