San Antonio, TX — April 12, 2023, a pedestrian was injured in an alleged hit-and-run accident around 9:15 p.m. on the access road of Highway 90 in San Antonio.
According to officials, the victim was initially walking along the westbound Highway 90 access road just west of Cupples Rd. when he allegedly ran up an entry ramp for Highway 90 and was struck by a westbound vehicle. The vehicle reportedly fled the crash scene.
The pedestrian was transported to a medical center, however, the severity of his injuries was not released.
