How Did This Accident Occur?
We don’t know much about this crash right now other than where it happened. We don’t know if the pedestrian was walking along the road or trying to cross it. We don’t know if the pickup’s headlights were working well enough to illuminate the pedestrian before the crash. We don’t know if the driver even saw her.
That is why I always tell people to wait for the facts that come of the investigation into the crash. Facts are much better than assumption or guesswork.
