Pomona, NY — October 31, 2024, an oil delivery truck driver was injured after being pinned by his truck on Buckingham Court in Pomona.
According to authorities, the incident happened around 9:30 a.m. at a business located along Buckingham Court. Investigators say the driver was securing the oil hose to the back of his parked truck after a delivery. The truck reportedly started to roll backwards and ran over the driver before continuing down an embankment. It is unclear if the driver was dragged with the truck, but responders reportedly had to extricate him before taking him to a hospital.
