Harris County, TX — April 13, 2025, Nathaniel Morales was killed as the result of a vehicle versus pedestrian accident at around 10:00 p.m. on I-45.
Investigators said in preliminary statements that the incident took place along the North Freeway in the area of F.M. 1960.
According to officials, Nathaniel Morales was identified as a pedestrian that was along the on-ramp to the North Freeway. While there, a passing SUV struck Morales. Nathaniel Morales was killed as a result.
Authorities say that the driver called 911 and cooperated with the investigations. Right now, further details are unavailable.

When it comes to pedestrian accidents, people are sometimes quick to jump to conclusions. But any accident resulting in someone losing their life is worth careful scrutiny. Even if certain contributing factors may seem unlikely, it’s worth investigation if only to ensure the victim’s loved ones know they’re getting the whole story.
With that in mind, there was an ensuing accident involving an alleged drunk driver following this collision. With authorities being divided between those two serious accidents, I just hope they’re not going to let this one slip through the cracks and shift their focus before getting clear evidence.
