San Antonio, TX — June 3, 2024, a man was injured following a motorcycle versus car accident at approximately 9:30 p.m. along Broadway Street.
According to authorities, a 24-year-old man was traveling on a motorcycle on Broadway Street in the vicinity of Funston Place when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that the motorcycle was traveling at allegedly high speeds in the time leading up to the accident, possibly racing one or two other motorcycles. A motor vehicle reportedly turned into the motorcycle, resulting in a collision between the two vehicles.
The motorcyclist came to a stop resting in the median and apparently suffered critical injuries; he was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
