According to official reports, a 64-year-old man was travelling in the eastbound lanes of Holly Road on a motorcycle while a pickup truck traveling west on Holly Road and was in the process of turning onto the southbound lanes of Airline Road when it struck the motorcycle in the intersection.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they found that the driver of the motorcycle had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
