Houston, TX — February 4, 2026, Moosa Bhayani was injured as the result of a car accident at around 4:01 p.m. along Montrose Boulevard.
According to initial details about the accident, it happened in the area of the Montrose Boulevard and Marshall Street intersection.
Investigators said that 73-year-old Moosa Bhayani was a passenger in a Tesla going northbound along Montrose. A Subaru was going eastbound through the intersection. At the crossing, the vehicles collided. Due to this, Moosa Bhayani was seriously injured.

People tend to assume car accidents are simple. It’s just about knowing who had the right-of-way or if someone was on their phone. However, knowing what happened and proving what happened are two different things. Insurance companies look for any gap they can find to help shift the blame. It’s important victims and families have as much evidence as possible to fill those gaps and ensure the facts are straight. That way, they stand the best chance possible at getting a fair resolution. If authorities have been thorough enough in their efforts to provide all of that, that would be good to hear. However, it’s not something I’d ever take for granted.
