On Sunday November 3rd, first responders arrived on the scene of a car accident at around 6:34 P.M. where they discover one man had been fatally injured. According to official reports, Michael Folsom, 52, of North Zulch was crossing Highway 21 on foot when he was fatally struck by a car.
