Polk County< TX — February 1, 2026, Michael Ferrick was killed in a single-vehicle accident at about 11:30 p.m. in the 7900 block of Live Oak Street/F.M. 3126.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 1991 Jeep Wrangler was heading east when it left the road and overturned near Windomere Drive.
The driver, 59-year-old Cripple Creek, CO resident Michael Ferrick, died after being transported to a local hospital, according to the report.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the Polk County crash at this time.
