Panama City, FL — May 31, 2023, Michael Angelo Franjul was killed and one person was injured following a truck accident at 8:35 p.m. along U.S. 231.
Preliminary details about the crash said that the accident happened in the area of the U.S. Highway 231 and Bayou George Drive intersection.
According to officials, 22-year-old Michael Angelo Franjul was in a Nissan that was traveling through the intersection. Somehow, the Nissan and a FedEx truck crossed paths and collided with one another.
As a result of the crash, Franjul sustained fatal injuries. Another person that was in the Nissan was left in critical condition, according to authorities. The FedEx driver apparently was treated and released following the accident.
