Scurry County, TX — September 8, 2023, Melissa Lynn Farrington was injured in a truck accident around 1:30 p.m. on F.M. 644 in Scurry County.

According to sources, the victim’s Chevy Tahoe was northbound on F.M. 644 crossing the intersection with F.M. 1606 when it was struck by an eastbound semi-truck.

Ms. Farrington was reportedly taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

Police recommended sharing the commercial truck driver with “disregard stop sign.”
