Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

Having clear and convincing evidence is important for anyone involved in a serious car accident. However, it’s particularly important to focus on gathering facts when a motorcyclist is the victim. Unfortunately, a lot of folks have a negative bias against motorcyclists. That means insurance companies try to exploit any gap in the story to prey on that bias and help minimize their responsibility. As such, victims and families who have as much evidence telling their side of the story as possible generally have the best outcomes possible. I see no reason right now why this crash would be an exception.
