How Did This Accident Occur?
It’s easy to assume driver error caused a single-car crash like this, but I have seen enough accidents over the course of my career to know there are other possible explanations.
What if another vehicle forced the Camaro off the road? What if the Camaro had a glitch in its lane departure warning system? Or maybe it had a tire blowout or a problem with its brakes?
Those answers won’t come from guesswork, but from a careful investigation that encompasses evidence from the scene, data from the Camaro’s engine control module and any available dashcam footage.
